i went through 28 pages of post both old and new and am working on things to get going i am not going through the rdtc i am going to be going to the local commuinty college here in iowa before i go to rohel and if they do not take me i will suck it up and go where ever i can and i seen the common theme with them is to be HONEST and i can respect that

but the questions i have is

    1. do you have to have a passport the day they hire ya and we all know the government are all S N A F U...T A R F U.....AND F U B A R all at once to get things done

    2. after 5 years of being on disabilty and not working for 11 years i know i should get everything from my doctors saying i am able to go back to work signed and noterized or do you think just being signed by my doctors would be enough

    3. and since i am in iowa where would i go to get my securement traning and orintation
for flatbed ga or wisconsin (hope it is in marshfield it would give me a
chance to see family and may be save rohel or myself money on a hotel heheh)
i am soooooo sick of just being stuck here in my apartment and i used to drive a cmv and i loved it even though it was a school bus:biggrin_25523: i have a friend who owns a o/o trucking comapany but i am not soo not fond of just running here and there hauling agriculture supplies and equipment and not having no clue what i would do for a back haul driving a grain truck is soo just not worth it for me and i just need to get stuff updated ect:biggrin_25511:
    hehehehee
i just want to play with the big boys and there toys

thanks in advance for any info

Nothing hard about getting a passport, I helped my niece get hers a couple of years ago and it's actually easier to do now as long as you have a printer. Just go to: http://travel.state.gov/passport/forms/forms_847.html and use the Passport Application Wizard.

When I went thru ya didn't need a passport they basically keep your bonuses if you don't have one, don't worry most ppl don't get their bonuses anyway. They do most cargo securement in marshfield now. But some is in gary. If you are doing rdtc then u will probably do all ur training in mfld. Welcome to team roehl BTW

i asked about exp and they told me the grain hauling dont count for exp as i do not use a log book (40 miles from home is all i get)
or i would be there in a flash
and i heard more positive about roehl than maverick
