Dump or food service, honestly my personal driving record was pretty horrid in my 20s (500+rwhp vehicles) and I never had any job related issues to it

Unless you pay for your own insurance I don't see how a company can afford to hire you. I think these egregious tickets have to be AT LEAST 3 years in the past before even an outlaw company could put you on their insurance. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime. If you do the crime, don't whine and wait for your time in the penalty box to run out. Maybe learn from your mistakes and someday start learning from others mistakes so you don't have to.

Prime has picky hiring standards, not slack. Start searhing for local and dump truck jobs. It's my memory that SOME dump truck operators can hire guys with a bad record. If you really are desperate to get into the industry don't turn up your nose at driving jobs that aren't 4 day trips across the middle of the country. Driving is the easy part, it's following the rules, putting up with customer treatment, and doing your job while the new drivers use the truck stop like their personaloilet, parking lot, crash derby, etc.

Many people don't realize the US Coast Guard can be seen all over the world.
They were fighting in Vietnam before the US Navy was sent there.
I saw them off the African coast.
Here's a US Coast Guard patrolling in Vietnam.

It's fun on those small boats/ships hitting the ports all over the world, where large ships can't go.
You can visit 2 or 3 countries in 3 or 4 months.

Doubtful that anyone would be able to hire you.. Simple put, their insurance companies will not insure you.

The other problem for you is the market right now. Carriers now are coming into a period where they can be very picky about who they hire.
