Do the O'Reilly job for 12 solid months, then re-evaluate and decide if you want to try something else.
If O-Reilly is helping you get a cdl, then stick with it for the duration of the contract.

Sygma is hiring in Wallburg and hiring new cdl school grads. Probably a lot harder work that O'Reilly though.

Thats not great pay.
You might see about getting your CDL at a community college then not having such a contract at all.
I like to be able to seize opportunity when it comes my way instead of being tied down like that
