    I appreciate all the help so much. After weighing my options and looking around everywhere and seeing 99% of companies wanting 12 months experience, I think if the ride alongs go well then I will roll with Oreilly at least until the contract is up since my foot is already in the door and it is local. I feel like I’m getting the upper hand since I’ve already been an employee here.
