I got fired for speed change on a down grade 55 to 35. Company said it’s just policy we fire you for 20 over. If I was just 19 they’d given me another chance because I was on a safety streak for weeks no camera events recorded until July 5th.

It's even more than that; it's a 30 mph over the limit AND a 'failure to appear'. To a safety director, that tells him 2 things about you:

    1) You are reckless on the road, and
    2) You don't pay attention to important things.

My take? You don't stand a chance in "H-E-double toothpicks" of getting hired.

Honestly aside from bearing bad news, let’s give this guy useful information. Look into box truck jobs, and tow truck

Not looking to pour salt into this open wound, but how does one forget about a 30mph over to pay and appear? That right there will be enough to stop the hiring process for any company. And with the state of trucking the way it is today, there’s a boatload of qualified drivers that are much more hireable putting in applications than you are. Not saying you can’t land on your feet someplace, but your circumstances paint you into a corner.
