Just started for a company in GA their owner operater. I drive one of their trucks. Their charging a surcharge on fuel off my pay check giving 2.40 a mile. Took a dollar off the top for fuel this was never explained till I received a paycheck after going out west and it just doesn't seem right not sure how it works could someone help with this ....

i just dont know why everyone always gets wrapped up in this 1099 stuff. not saying some of the 1099 arent good. but just dont understand why people do this
