Pay rates for new drivers? (Solo and teams)

So once you get out of a company's training program (I am just getting my CDL), what types of weekly and annual pay can be expected as a relativly new (6 months or so exp) company driver?

I know this can vary quite a bit, which is why I'm asking. I plan on driving hard when I am able to. A few things I'm thinking of:
-Time off
-Sick days
-no loads available
-weather
-breakdowns
-repairs
-etc.

I'd be interested in your estimates for both team and solo drivers.
