    how does millis pay work? rate per mi. Xmiles per calender week or whats their pay period and how many weeks do they hold back?

    cent per mile either .27,.29,.32,.34 cent per mile depending on pay package you take, with mileage bonus at 2k (.03),2.5k(.04),3k (.05) miles in a week. Hold one week like most places. Direct Deposit or Comdata. Extra .01 per mile if you don't take health insurance. So with the right pay package you can make up to .40 per mile starting out.
