Paying for No Fault Accident?

In your original post, in your closing sentence, you stated you liked the job. Now you are stating that you didn't like the job. All I know is that if I liked a job, I would do all I could to keep it. In your case, since the discrepancy is whether you hit a branch or a tree, I would have gone back to the scene and taken pictures that showed there was no damage to the tree and also taken pictures of where the branch had snapped off from the tree. I would also have taken pictures to show there was a blind spot which kept me from seeing the tree branch.That's what I would have done if I liked my job. Just saying.

 

What did they use to investigate it? Site survey, OER data? We've used OER data before and plotted the course second by second to prove our case that a driver fell asleep and to discredit their story. It's amazing the amount of information that can be obtained from the trucks.
