    Can't remember if I posted this before or not...I am paying for my own school. Do companis see that as a plus or do they frown upon it, because they cant "tie you down" under a contract? Just curious...

    I really don't think it matters either way to them. Even if you pay for your own school most companies will reimburse you if you work for them. My wife paid her on school and when we signed on at Central Ref. they reimbursed us for the full amount.

    I paid for my own school as well. I don't think company's would care, or look at it favorably or unfavorably.
