You can print out the tax rates at this IFTA website, some state's rates change quarterly, so it pays to keep an eye on it so you know where to fuel to your benefit.

.40cal already got it.
I'll also throw in what always gets missed in these "payment or refund on ifta" threads. Five states also charge sales tax at the truck pumps. CA, IL, GA, NY, AL. Most fuel price apps will show price minus IFTA, but do not split out further for state/local sales tax.
This is why FL fuel is usually a better deal than GA fuel, even though the GA fuel has a lower cash price at the pump. Once you subtract IFTA, the fuel price in FL is a few cents less due to 7% sales tax on the GA fuel buried in the pre-IFTA number. -
Everyone has already given you good answers but if it was me I would triple check the math on your return. That seems like an awful lot to owe for a quarter for two trucks unless you were running a ton of miles in high tax states and not buying any fuel there. The most I've ever owed was around $100 for two trucks or $50 for the one I run now.
Another thing I would add, there has to be an app or something to show you ex-tax fuel price. I use the one my factor has so I can see what the actual cost of the fuel is because you're going to pay the tax regardless. -
I just paid $600 for two trucks last quarter. Most fuel bought in SC and VA, and a lot of NC, WV, PA, MD miles. Wasn't a surprise.
