Payroll advance for company related expenses

Comchecks must be preapproved by your driver manager prior to you using them. Otherwise your embezzling their money

 

I have been out of the loop for a while now! This is why I don't get into routing questions because the roads have changed a good bit since my last time out! I am also wondering if I am also out of touch with how carriers deal with money via Comcheck/EFS. I say this because when I was active every time my carrier sent me money it was considered an advance I was 100% responsible for! As long as I scanned in the receipts these advances were never part of my payroll. I am not doubting some of these comments. I am honestly amazed at how quickly this seems to have changed!
