The only thing that I recall using other than maps was the driver's daily log. I had some real issues with logging, just couldn't get some things through my thick head. I tried the "free trial subscription," and liked it so well that I went ahead and bought the program. I only kept it for a year, as I had it pretty well figured out by the time the paid subscription was up.
I used the heck out of online maps. But just like with a GPS, it is only a tool. They don't replace using your head and your eyes.Car Thanks this. -
PC Miler 15, up through 20.0.
DDL which I started back in the 8/10 days and I only paid for it one time! It's still good I think but it's not installed now unless I get lucky enough to get a medical release!
I use google maps just to see what the places look like if I've never been there and it darn sure helps to see in case there is no number on the building!
And there were a few older programs I don't remember as they weren't that good.I've never found the need for a GSP program as long as I have a map either paper, book of on the computer as I just can't get lost! I'm like Han Solo! BUT I have temporarily misplaced myself a few times!
