I worked for Ryder 1993-1996. They used to have 500 plus accounts nationwide. That can be a good thing. The companies you mentioned and others steal accounts from each other. Witb more accounts you have more options to stay with the same employer on a different accont in the same city. Also if you travel out side the city you have more and better options for fuel and repairs.
I worked at the Avial account pulling remanufactured comercial jet engines for the Airlines. I was able to easily transfer to the Papa Johns Pizza account when my twins were born. I left Ryder only when they lost the account to UPS Worldwide Dedicated Services. In total, I pushed two wheelers at PJFS for 8 years. I think bennies are similar at most of these companies. Look at the whole pkg before you sign. It can be a very good choice! Good luck!
