    Rental trucks are under the rental company's ifta, regardless of authority.

    Penske paid the ifta, so the state would not be charging fees and penalties for being late.

    You could end up with a credit, but weren't you required to turn your mileage and fuel purchases in at least quarterly?

    So ,according to Penske ""Roughly 10,000 gallons of fuel bought is 4,000 in IFTA fee!. Some decimel points missplaced here!!
