Axle temps are going to vary with application, ratio, ambient conditions, load, terrain etc. But more often than not your front drive is going to be 10-15* warmer than the rear drive in operating conditions due to the additional mass/use of the power divider.
Running down the road with a full load on and collecting doors, my rears are anywhere from 160/150 to 220/210 (front/rear).

I know that an ISX oil cooler thermostat starts to open at 233deg. My guess is that the X15 is the same way?
I have a short nose 9200 international and my coolant really spikes once the oil stat starts to open, really got to be pulling hard to get the oil there but when it does I better be ready to pay attention. -
My Cummins isx 15 2011 500hp, when running under normal conditions temperature is 210, when pulling loads on hills heavy load it can go to 230max i think.
