You should not have to re-test. You may have to obtain a Utah permit by transferring your current permit to theirs. Just paperwork and a fee.
Double check directly with them:

If you would like, start a thread under, "Trucking Schools", so you can post your experiences in training for all of us to see.

You need to check with your state. You should never have a license in any state you do not reside in.... that is your home state...

The permit you have is just that. Permit to train only. CR Enggland will give you a permit of sorts to drive showing that you passed. You will be required to go hime and get your permit from england into a license in your own home state. I have known of 2 different drivers that ran into this little headache. They drove for almost a year when DOT pulled them over and parked them becuase they didnt have their license.
Unless you are moving your address to Utah, you wont be able to get a Utah license. Some federal law of you have to reside in that state for 6 months or some such thing. -
So I don't need to take any permit test

If I already have a permit do I have to take the test again in Utah?

Hi JayO
You have 5 threads titled the same under 5 different companies. It is easier for you to get the answers that you seek by keeping all of your same questions in one place.
I had included the link to Utah's DMV on the other thread.
