Person loading damaged the load and is filing on my insurance?

    Why were the police involved? I’m surprised they even came out for a person damaging their own property with their own property.

    If the shipping location and the receiving locations don’t have the proper equipment to do the activities needed, then no loading. Pay for TONU due to no or improper equipment.

    My insurance got his statement recorded over the phone where he admits he was loading the boat. They told him to kick rocks

    I’m still not sure how he did? Only way I can think of is the broker gave it to him since it was central dispatch they have a certificate on file
