Im assuming 680000. ecm probably had to be replaced or possibly odometer was replaced. I know I replaced a complete dash instrument panel in my Century and the Odometer i bought from a junk yard was about 100000 less than what I originally had and never sync'd with the ecm
-
honestly is not a big deal as long as you know its history
-
680,000 on a 2007 sounds about right if it was a solo operator. Approx 115K per year depending on inservice date
-
I'm guess it was probably overhauled and they reset the ECM to show the mileage on the overhaul and left the odometer where it was to show total mileage on chassis
-
I could be mistaken but I don't think they can legally reset the mileage in the ecm, overhaul or not.
-
OP, what does your engine hour meter say? -
Yeah I am not sure if that is possible legally or not, curious myself as I have started to look at trucks to purchase. Possible like someone else stated that it had to be replaced for some reason, and they had one sitting there from a totaled truck maybe.

I think if you have an ecm that goes bad, when the shop replaces it they program the mileage that the old one was at into the new one. Not sure if that is just for warranty purposes or required by law. I know with autos it is required by law.
