Alright needing some HELP!!
The jakes/cruise/HIGH idle are not working on the truck (Pete 379). Previously the truck threw a code 241 for VSS. We switched wires from speedometer to ECM from the speed sensor and the code went away. Still no jakes or cruise.
Replaced the speed sensor and the jakes and high idle worked for 10 mins and then stopped working again. I’m stumped on what else it can be. I’m pretty sure it’s not the clutch switch since it’s been cut and bypassed I believe. Im not sure if there is another speed sensor where the other wire can connect?
