You would need to remove the back plate for the drum style and have disk plates put on. Also hub would be different as well as the rims if I'm correct on that.
I'm pretty sure the foot valve and relays are all the same so air should be good.
Seems like a very expensive venture

I did the conversion last year. If you have Eaton/Spicer rears I can give you a breakdown of parts, but half the fun is searching truckpaper for VIN's you can use to call your dealer to look up parts haha.

Like all of my projects, it snowballed. Despite buying a cutoff, I either rebuilt or replaced everything with new anyway, including new housings (spindles were worn and rust was worse than I liked), new calipers, new pots, and all new hubs. Total was $26k If everything else is good, it would be an easier and much cheaper conversion just doing wheel ends, but I couldn't even say a ballpark price since inflation and availability of parts is a never ending rollercoaster.

I wish I could convert my trailer, but since everything is welded on the Hendrickson axle, I'd either need new axles or the whole assembly. Might as well just trade for a new trailer at that price point, because I haven't had any luck finding bargains there.
