    That thing is making air noise when Yellow knob pushed it. This valve assembly was replaced, but new one make same air noise, and tractor wheels still locked up.

    That is the drive axle service brake relay valve with ABS modulator valves. You need to double check that a brake chamber doesn't have bad pushrod seal allowing air to leak from emergency side to service side and leaking out of the exhaust of service brake relay valve. You can crimp the service lines with pinch off pliers or just remove service hoses from brake chambers and release brakes and feel the service port.

    Did that entire 3 part ABS module get replaced or only one of them?

    Same company, but maybe another guy will be here tomorrow morning. They going to replace Parking Valve assembly, the one with Red/Yellow knobs. But somehow I have a feeling it won't help.
