My 2012 389 wipers won't work when the truck first starts up. After running for a few minutes they start working and then work the rest of the day. Any ideas on what the problem is?

In the morning, check for power and ground at wiper motor. Most will have a full time power with the key to park the wipers. You need to look for a power than comes on/off with the wiper switch.
