I ran with this guy a little this week and snaped this when I was fueling. It is an 84 pete 359. His cb sucked so I didn't get too much info but what I did find was it has pete low air rear suspension, a car hauler front axle and it appears to me that the entire cab and sleeper has been channeled down over the frame. This baby was LOW. My truck rides on 275 r22.5's and I sit low and when I look over I could see his roof

I've seen that same truck. I think it was in Matthews Mo at the J. It's a bad ### truck.

I think I saw a video of this truck on youtube. The video showed him backing up like 4 times to make a 90 degree turn out of a dock with that long wheelbase.

Maybe the really cool guys will hop the boarder and never go back.
Just hang out at the truck stops showing off import lizards.

No you'l just se a bunch of beat down cab overs then. This is a classic 359 pete. it doesn't get much better than this. Those 359's ar emy favorite truck. Those trucks ride better than any air ride cab 379 pete. I don't knwo why but they do. And they have the best dash and interior ever put in a truck, in my opinion.

As for fuel milage I don't know what he had for a motor. But judging by how much smoke he was rolling out them pipes (I doubt he runs california that's for sure) and the truck being an 84. it is possible it has an a model cat in it which means it has no turbo intercooler. Fuel mileage and power suffer from that setup. I'd say if that were the case he's probably getting around 4mpg. if it has the later b model or equivalant in cummins) then it would probably get in the ow 5's. My 91 pete with a 425 hp mechanical cat (biggest mechanical motor you could get in a truck) with 3.55 rears and an 18 speed averged 5mpg. THing is it could wing from 3.7mpg to 6mpg depending on how you drove it so they are very sensitive to how ou drive them. In a mechanical your foot is physically conected to the motor, you don't get all this turbo delay and stuff you get with these computer motors.

There is alot of things you can't see in my junky cell phone photo. You may be able to see on th sleeper door all the dor handles have been removed and smoothed out. there is a ton of little detail things like this. Only thing I don't much care fore is the flat (suade) paint job. I know it's popular these days but I guess I'm old fashioned. I'd like a truck liek this with a classic peterbuilt pattern paint job. Mabey with modern colors though

    Thanks for sharing...

Surely, that pic was snapped with the bags dumped. I can't imagine the truck being operated at such a low ride height. Doesn't he do like most of the low-riders and rest it on it's belly while parked for added effect. Seriously, he couldn't make it two blocks without scraping the tanks, or, knocking off the front bumper, as pictured.
