I have a 1999 Pete 379 Extended hood with the air leaf suspension and its walking and crawling all over the road. Iv checked tire pressure, trac bars on top of both rears and checked frame cross members. Any ideas?

Have the spring eye bushings checked the the drives.

Check steering, too. If its wandering on the road look for worn drag link, pulling or darting in the road check tie rod ends.Look at stabilizer bushings on rears. If you don`t find a problem pay a reputable alignment shop or truck dealer to diagnose before something bad happens.

Mine did this badly after changing from Michelin drives to Bridgestone 720s. I sounded like I had Tourettes when I was bobtailing.

I never had this problem with Bridgestone tires but did with Yokohama.
What kind of weight are you hauling and what suspension? -
Grossed out it wasn't very bad but was still noticeable, the lighter I was the worse it was, bobtailing was the worst. I have low leaf.

Usually its the other way around. Sounds to me like its just bouncing around, which is normal under no load conditions.

With my old Michelins it was dead stable at any weight.
Still not the best going in tomorrow for a 3 axle alignment and urethane rear spring bushings. -
Let us know if that solves the problem.
