PETERBILT 387 ABS and GUAGES ISSUES!

I have an 05 Peterbilt 387 with a C15, and the ABS light stays on.. I have these codes popping up
000 000637 13 SDN
128 022 13 SID
136 003 5 SID
136 003 5 SID
136 003 7 SID
136 003 10 SID
136 004 5 SID
136 231 5 SID
136 231 9 SID

I clear the codes and they don't show up for a while but the ABS light won't turn off... Every now and then my gauges start trippin back and forth and all the lights start blinking but then I hit a bump and they start acting normal for a few minutes.. And thats on/off on/off on/off! I know it sounds like a loose connection but I have tore through wiring for damaged wires, loose wires, bad connections...NOTHING! checked the ABS Sensors and they seem all right.. Changed the ABS Module but no change... Couldn't find any relays or fuses for ABS except one behind the cab on the frame rail... Please share any info guys...
