Peterbilt 387 cb has no power

Hello I have a 2008 peterbilt 387 and I'm trying to put my cb in and the screw power ports doesn't have any power I've looked through the fuse box under the hood and behind the glove box and under the sleeper any other ideas or would it be easier to run new wires from the battery if so how about would you go about doing that how would you run the wires
