2012 388, day cab, cummins isx. It cools but isn't cold. EVERYTHING is clean, really clean. Pulled cooling pack apart, and replaced condenser. Tired of dealing with this, changed evaporator, dryer, expansion valve, charged to spec. Engine fan cycles like it should. When blower fan is run-in at any speed other than 1 or off, the unit hardly drips. Turn the blower off and it dumps water. Apparently the evaporator is loading up with water and thus no airflow. 90 % of A/c issues are airflow. Heater valve is closed. Drain is fully open.

I do not know how to address this issue. Anyone seen this before?
We farm and haul limestone and constantly keep the system clean. Not just when a problem occurs. Thanks

Thermostatic switch? Compressor should cycle off if the evap core temperature approaches freezing to prevent what you're describing.

Yeh, sounds like the compressor clutch is staying engaged. Compressor should cycle on and off.
