Completely understandable. I once had an air leak in the weather stripping of my car, and despite knowing how difficult these are to locate, after nearly a week I was incredibly annoyed with the dealership.

Update time!
So apparently water was coming in through the plastic vents on the back of the sleeper. It was collecting in the storage area under the bunk and eventually it traveled forward to the carpet in the sleeper, in front of the bunk.
Take care, folks!speedyk Thanks this. -

Yeah it's funny. I have 99,952 miles. So close to 100,000! It's all warranty work.
I talked to the Peterbilt Field service representative and he talked to the dealer and they are very responsive, especially after they said it was fixed last week, when it actually wasn't.
I hope it's really the problem. I'll find out.
Take care. -
EDJAHMAN DID THIS FIX THE PROBLEM AND IF SO WHAT WAS REPLACED ?????

Yeah the mechanic siliconed around the plastic vents and he also siliconed around the utility lights.
It seems like it's fixed so we shall see.
There was a ton of water under the sleeper and especially against the back wall just below the vents. -
It's supposed to rain a lot next Tuesday so I'll keep you guys updated! They said it was good to go.
We'll see.
Take care.

My Pete 579 does the same and its a 2018, but i noticed its only after driving in a rainstorm, so yeah the seal between sleeper n cab seems logical
