I would guess every model up to 2003 as nothing changed 377 378 379 should be easy to find

91 would'nt be unibuilt. I'm not sure if the cab changed with unibuilt or not.

In late 2004 they totally redesigned the doors for the 2005 model year. The big noticeable differences were no vent window and they moved the mirror from the door to the cab, but pretty much everything about the doors changed and they're not interchangeable.

That's about all the info I can give, I don't know what, if any, changes were made on older models.
