Peterbilt LOGO dash switch extensions

OK people, this is a long shot but here goes! I'm looking for a few more of the chrome Peterbilt "LOGO" dash switch extensions & ANYBODY who is willing to sell them. Recently bought a '99 Pete and the dash is loaded with them. BUT... I need a few more to complete the look. Specifically I need a short one for the air window, 3 more short ones and a long one for the cruise set/resume switch. I have been searching high & low the last few months with NO luck. I'm hoping somebody on here might have a lead or want to make a few $$$. I can be PM'd or emailed @ Trcknwolf@msn.com.
