Anyone know of a place near Springfield, MO to get a windshield fixed/replaced? It is a split Peterbilt windshield & there is a crack coming up the center. I know the wrong person at the wrong time will notice it.

Am sitting on 44 today heading down to 40 & out to Phoenix, AZ. So if anyone knows of a decent place along this route to get this fixed up would much appreciate you letting me know. Thanks.

There's a guy who hangs out across thr street from the Petro in Joplin. Don't know anything about him. He advertises on the CB. Pete OEM windshields are $89 each for the 379,389,386 ect. Pete also says they have to be installed using a special caulk to keep them from leaking. The right guy can put them in without pulling the visor stock or dropped. My dealer put both sides in my 389 and i've got like a 13" dropped visor.

Ended up just having Pete in Strafford, MO do it. They didn't require a appointment or anything & had me out in less than an hour from the time I got off of 44. So that was really good. $138 & change though.
