PGT or BTC... Percentage or Mileage?

I have it narrowed down to 2 prehires that i have. PGT and BTC. I like both of them. Not sure what to think about btc's mack trucks lol. Other then that they seem like a good company. As for pgt it seems like they have forced dispach or i could be reading it worng. Does anybody know when pgt gives raises cause it seems like once every few yrs. BTC pays milage. What would you say is better... percentage ore milage? If you have anymore infor please let me know!
