Pgt trucking % pay

    I have one year flatbed experience and i`ve been checking this company out. The one thing that am not sure about is their % pay(25.5%) to start. They have a long haul div that runs from the upper east to loredo Tx and back.

    1) What are the pros and cons of % pay?
    2) is pgt a good flatbed company?
    3)How hard do they run?

    Am scheduled for orientation in two weeks so any advice would be great.

    They seem to have decent equipment... never talked at length to any of their guys really though. Also seems like a fair number of O/O's leased on.

    Percentage pay is nice if you run NE Regional (VA->IN->ME radius), as the loads often are short on miles. 25.5% is slightly low for experience, TMC pays 27% for experienced at start, for example.
