Chirp u don't need any experience to join PGT. They will hire guys straight out of driving school and put them through their training program. Give a recruiter a call. They can explain the whole program to you a lot better than I can.
I'm not familiar with the Ashland yard. My guess is its a drop yard. I don't think its a terminal but I could be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time. Lol
