We had a guy that wasn't a good fit pee all over us in the "I'm a whiny little girl forum" a couple of weeks ago so I thought I'd present a different view.

This is a new company. We don't have a big infrastructure. When I have a problem I speak to a problem solver. Usually, the operations manager or someone he works for. I have never waited long for any problem to be solved.

This company took a chance on me. I have a lot of experience in a lot of areas, but I'm still relatively new to this industry. They looked at the whole picture and signed me on.

We have had some growing pains and learned from every lesson. I've been gainfully employed since I was drafted (yes, I'm old) and I can say without reservation that I have never worked for anyone that listened to and immediately acted upon the seasoned advice of those that make it happen like this company does.

The pay is fair. There are miles if you can hack it. The equipment is new, but a little austere (my only gripe). We run legal but don't have electronic logs to babysit you. Despite anything written , this company hasn't cheated anyone out of a penny. I know this for a fact. We expect OTR drivers to be out three weeks. We haul refer's so we can pull whatever pays. We get quarterly bonuses based on performance (I just received my first).

A long time ago in college I took a few courses in psychology. It has since been negated as a valid concept, but a Dr. Maslow posited that it was possible to achieve what he described as "self actualization". I've done a lot in my life. I was a warrior, a businessman, a geek for hire, a teacher, a race car driver, ...... this is the only company I've worked for that I would recommend without reservation to a friend. I may have achieved self actualization here.

I'm not recruiting. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a PM.

Nope. New Prostar with ISX engines. Equipment is first rate. The cabs should be better fitted out for OTR though. Would be my only minor gripe.

They are going to order some upgrades going forward. Storage when you're out for 3 weeks is a valid consideration.

    Trucks are set at 72.
