Post your longest wait time's here. My longest was 1 hour 17 mins.
If you did not know about this already the PHX terminal is now a time vampire. Avoid it if your in a hurry at all cost's.

I refer to it as "being held hostage". Last week I was inbound to drop my MT so I could take hometime. They spent 25 minutes inspecting the trailer (in the safety lanes???) then had me drop it because they redtagged it. 16 hours earlier they didn't even look at the same trailer because it was loaded. What's up with the double standard??

Last time I was down there, I had an old t5xxxxx trailer loaded, the supervisor said they were going to send it to he prison to get referbished, don't bother putting new tape/tires on. When I emptied out and came back with same trailer, they spend over an hr replacing tires, reflective tape, new taillights... Then the supervisor came out and was like wtf? I looked at the tech... "I told you so". He started cussin at me in Mexican. Supervisor just shook his head and said it was a waste of time and money.

Well, the best laid plans of mice and men...

Sometimes the mice do it better. Well, sometimes.
    I love that movie.

It's like Plus-1. We all know how well that is doing.

It's like the new fueling software.
I called today to get fueled, because I was empty and the sytem was trying to send me too far for fuel - even though I had entered "0" for my fuel level at my last empty call. (Zero fuel does not mean I can drive another 160 miles.)

My DM tried to do it, but couldn't - because the new program is too obtuse.
He had to call on-road to open me up for fuel.

What I can't figure out is...
Are the programmers of these things men, or mice?!

    Maybe they are simply morons.

I think that the computer has a program in it. Knowing that when on mt, still have at least 30 gallons left, since the gauges are so far off. The worst is the newer trucks that only have 200 gallons and not the 240. I get fuel solutions all the time like I have 240 gal tanks

    That's exactly my problem.
I have 100 gallon tanks, but the system has them as 120's.

I mentioned it to my DM yesterday. Hopefully he can change it.
For now I am reporting at least 2 below what the guage reads.

My longest wait time - about 18 seconds.
Just over a week ago I tested out in Phoenix, got a truck and had to take an MT
to the Walmart place thats just down the road.

My time would have been shorter but it took me a couple of seconds to
find the paper I wrote the tractor / trailer #s on.

Fuel " issue " , I left El Paso with about 3/4s on the gauge , got to Dallas
with 3/8s with my fuel stop being in Mississippi .
Sent a free form saying by my calculations & luck I would come up
50 feet short. A few minutes later I got a new fuel stop that was right
across the street from where I was parked.

I'm starting to suspect that the peeps in Phoenix were doing all
they could to make sure I got as far away from them as fast
as possible...." Here Atlanta , you can have him back "
( sigh ) my confidence level just fell 2 points.

That is one terminal that I try and avoid. Just to get fuel can be a long time. Seems like every time that I go through there, they will find a problem with a trailer, and usually a tire and at times, I will go into the lane that that one inspector just happens to be on break, so wait for him to come back.

45 minutes today. This was my 3rd trip through the PHX lanes in 2 days. Other 2 times were quick, like it should be. This time a mechanic hung his sign on my wondow, chalked the tires, and proceeded to change EVERY TIRE on the trailer in the lane next to me. I had to find another mechanic to get out.
