    Interview went well. She said she only types my answers and someone else reviews it and makes a decision. Does that sound standard or is it there way of telling me "sorry, jo"?

    That sounds standard and then they call and set you up to talk to the hiring person who then puts you thru to the manager that will be doing everything, It is a long process but you will get something going this way. Old or a Job!
