    I spent 1 month with a trainer. Depends on the company. Having your schooling paid for, independently, will be a point of strength for you. You can choose wisely.

    I understand based on the previous comment the OP is not here anymore, my comment though is for anybody looking for a school and pre-hire letters. I agree with this quoted comment. In fact, I agree with it so much that I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from any school be it a trade school or a school that does company financed training, that does NOT have a robust job placement office that can get these letters for you right at the start. To me, any school that fails in this area is just a CDL mill to be avoided.
