So I have T-Mobile and was trying to switch to ATT today cause I know T-Mobile isn't really reliable outside of major cities , and they asked me for a 500 dollar deposit cause I have no credit established , so im stuck with t-mobile for at the very least a couple more months! Smh what cellular carriers do you guys use? And how do they fair on the open road? (More specifically , T-Mobile users how bareable is the service on the open road?)

I've got Verizon, they use to be better than AT&T, but don't think so anymore, about the same, try Verizon

I use Net10. The downside is that it can be expensive upfront if you want a smart phone. The upside is that it uses either the Verizon, or ATT network depending on the phone you buy. For $50 a month you get unlimited talk, text and data and there is no contract. On the data you get 2.5 gigs at high speed and then they cut the speed back. We have used this service for years and been reasonably happy with it. My daughter has a htc vivid that has been jailbroke and we purchased a Net 10 sim card for it. My wife has threatened to take her phone away because she spends so much time on it.

I use tmobile and I only rarely run into problems where I have no service. The failed merger with att got us some good roaming coverage.

I've got T-Mobile for my phone and use a Verizon jet pack as a supplement. I can use Wi-Fi calling with T-Mobile on Verizon data network.

$50 for 5gigs. I figured it would be good enough to get me through T-Mobile dead areas.
