Physical abilities test?

Most small ones. I’ve never had to do that. The non-megas pay better and respect their employees too.

I dont know??? I have seen guys and gals, over 400lbs, way to small T-shirt, flip flops, and
sweat pants. Man, i saw this guy at a flea market, sitting down, and the Fat rolling out of his shorts
was not a good sight. HOW can someone let them selves get to a point where that much blubber
is over and above the regular skin on your body. I felt sorry for the guy. he could hardly move.
SO,someone that fat would not be eligible to drive a truck. also, the smell would not work. They
dont need a shower, they need a power sprayer, and then who would want to see this in action.

Yes they do! Well at least at the academy they do. Not sure if you already have your cdl and experience from somewhere else....but who does that?

 

he asked about orientation not school.
I been thru 3 orientations with swift.
and have my cdl for awhile now

 

Probably a lot of them since they don't want to "offend" anyone.
