I am creating this thread for those who want to get an idea of how some trucking companies administer their Physical Agility Test/Pre-work Screen Evaluation.
Some companies have videos on youtube, other companies don't. If you have the "inside" information about these tests.....post them here. Pictures and Videos are best. However, if it's not available, please provide a DETAILED description in your post. Example:3 reps each with 25lbs then 40lbs etc....

When I got hired for foodservice they didn't tell us any on the weights. They were heavy but nothing like the real thing since you only do each lift 1-3 times. It was definitely the most comprehensive PAT I've done.

I downloaded this information, ran the exercises twice a day for a week, zipped right thru. Heart rate around 120 max, and I'm old. I even got a little more fit.
