Physical for CLP?

    Just getting started in the industry and have a job offer from Schneider. Was told to get my CLP and contact them to get scheduled to start school. It may be a dumb question but do I have to get a DOT physical to get my CLP or is that just for the actual CDL? I'm in South Carolina if that makes a difference.

    In MN you have to get your physical prior to obtaining your permit. I assume its the same throughout th US. Hope this helps.
