As an update, I’ve put in a month of training with Freymiller. I should be having my ‘upgrade’ road test today or tomorrow. All is going well so far. I should have my doggy back soon! Thanks chinatown!!!

And, if anyone is looking for a low frills company with lots of miles, a liberal pet policy, recent equipment (w/diesel APUs), or a reputation for paying better than average, send me a pm.

Sometimes we cope with odd delivery times and long waits; but, often it isn’t bad at all. And, I’m not having any trouble sleeping with the reefer running. D57A0B67-D961-4B25-949D-4D051E1DCE21.jpeg

I found a private company that was willing to hire me as a new cdl driver. It takes alot of work and patience to find. Took me over 2 months.

It’s my thread so I have to ask, what do you mean by ‘private company?’ In the usual business speak, many trucking companies are private, as in not publicly traded on a stock exchange.

I meant a smaller company as opposed to a bigger company.
