I'm sharing my opinion and experience here...
When I post positive aspects I get bashed, when i bring up negative aspects I get bashed.
Sometimes my intention isn't to simply complain but rather share information of teaming here being there isn't much info on is side. Might be helpful to some...

As far as the Soko thing I mentioned I have said previously it doesn't have to mean giving teams access to all loads, I'd be grateful if they simply have more loads available to pick from.
Whole reason I brought up giving us access you solo loads is because Schneider doesn't give teams much to pick from. Simply an idea, most everybody here shares ideas on how things could he made better here.. Doesn't mean they are right or wrong.
If they had more freight for teams then this idea woudnt be the same or maybe not even brought up.

Not really, again it depends on the rate that your bouncing to
also your fuel mpg will be a determining fact on how far you bounce

Yes exactly and loads here don't pay enough to make long deadheads worth it. At least that's my opinion.
If I got $4 a mile loads into the Northeast I'd deadhead right back to the same shipper asap and do another forgetting about wasting my time doing anything else.

When your booking your own with brokers that dh is negotiated into your rate or I should say that's what you shouldd be doing.

They haven't for a long while which is why I no longer go up to the NE shame really I love the NE . i don't even go into PA anymore. I used to bounce out a Bedford, carlisle and a few other places , but either we don't have the customers I used to bounce to in E Ohio an WV or it's going on co.trks and or the rate has been cut so much making it not worth it.

Basically I stay out a all Schneider black holes
