SNI already pulls loads off the solo board for company teams so why do you think they will let IC teams do it?? If that happens they should just do away with the solos and let the teams have at it. And yes, they do put solo loads onto company teams. I watch 5 loads disappear unconfirmed. Called in to find out where they went. I would take one to get me home. Was told they went to teams.

I was responding to the guy stating that my bounce is bringing my average down to paint then to work.

 

Schneider has never been nor will be a team oriented freight company FW you're going to have to take that truck to a company that runs team specialized Freight if you want to make money that's just plain and simple the facts I don't know how much more people could tell you that

 

Yes I know it's Schneider thread, I'm on choice too. And you've completely missed it.
One more time, you can bounce to a load that will cover your dh and still make more than if you hauled that cheap freight .
ITS ALL ABOUT THE RATE YOU BOUNCE TO AND THE RATE YOU WENT IN WITH.

Also one more time , this is not something you can do anymore except on rare occasions here in our little eco system THE CHOICE BOARD.
Its one of the reasons for item 17 in the contact.
At one time we had so many drivers that figured out how to beat the cheap freight on the board , but got real greedy and started leaving trailers behind an completely screwed up the pool and to further corner drivers into hauling cheap freight back out of a lot of the bad areas they added in that trailer reposition fine into item 17
