If true I don't see this as anything different than insider trading

My point was anybody who has access to the load
Board could sit at home and book loads for choice
Drivers for a fee. I just used a wife as an example.

I think you can log in on multiple computers. If so you can have several people watching the board. Don't know never tried it.

Sni employee essentially running an under the table "broker" operation is unequivocally the wrong thing to do...that's essentially what's happening if it's confirmed to have or is happening..

Apparently it's a non employee, but you don't know what's true and what's Green Bay trying to douse the flames.

U people crying about it are the same ones crying cause drivers book freight going down the road.. This is cut throat business down to the brokers and agents. If you don't find a little advantage somewhere you'll be eaten up period.. When I came back to sni last year there was guys in orientation who already had people set it up on the outside to book there loads for them... not saying it's right, wrong,or indifferent, I'm just saying it's life get over it... It's not directly affecting you so why get bent out of shape bout it... And further more sni knows every Lane that good ICs like to run. They pay attention that's why when you get into a groove the lane suddenly dries up. It don't dry up they take it away from you and put it on company trucks.. My opinion is we're already at a disadvantage competing when co trucks and them getting all the used to be good loads. So if a driver has help from the inside so what.. Playing field leveled now.. But I can tell you this is not a Charlotte employee cause they really wouldn't have access to know what comes out and when... It's bigger than that in my opinion

It's one thing to compete against company trucks and SNI just taking loads at their will to put on company trucks but it's a whole different ballgame when a SNI employee is doing the exact same thing for a select few IC's. That's just like those IC trucks being company trucks with the person having the inside scoop to the best freight. And if you don't think it's the same Why would somebody Pay someone without a benefit from payment? How would said sni employee keep his/her customers if they weren't offering that inside info? Why wouldn't after 1st month or week (whatever the arrangement) the driver who's paying for the service not blow the whistle if they weren't benefitting from it? Now we all know that SNI cherry picks loads for company trucks but it also looks as if they play favorites among the IC's too!

True @TennMan but I've never not thought its been favorites with ICs.. Hell I had a guy tell me that he had his ICA put certain loads on him when they confirmed.. Out of Charlotte but he or she left the company and he paid his truck off and left sni.. so I'm definitely not surprised at all by these recent events.. It's just all coming to the light because the program is becoming watered down and it's good but it's my like it used to be. Nowhere near close
