    Gotcha. Before I left, I was calling on every other load. 'New planners' 'new CSRs' 'new somebody' I never understood why the officesame always had such a high turnover

    We have loads here on the team side if not delivered on time per the contract Schneider doesn't get paid for the load soo yeah they go crazy if u dont call in but when you do you'll spend your 10 hour break on hold lol.

    Seems to go in streaks. I've had 3 cancel in 3 weeks now. None the first 3 months I was here.

    Wow I never knew companies have such contracts as this. I wonder how much more Schneider makes on these loads with taking a gamble like that?
