I don't joke about dead people.
If someone acts like a fool and does something stupid yeah there's been times I made silly comments about it.
If I drove off into a river or into a pubic park and say I did it because the GPS told me I'd deserve me to blasted.
If I drive 70 MPH on a sheet of ice and total my truck and my butt is on the news about it I deserve to be blasted for acting a fool and I don't see any problem with that.

You're a smart guy, you know there's some markets you could average $2 a mile but it would mostly been short loads. Am I off base saying that? When I've had $2 week I never broke 3000 miles because short loads take a lot of time.
I never said I had a $5k week. If you go back you'll see I said I had a $4k week after expenses. Hedgemaster blasted me saying that's not possible without a carry over. I showed the loads I did within the week that was $4k after expenses. It showing $5k was carry over money which I explained.
I don't see anybody apologizing saying I was full of it after the fact when I explained and posted proof.
Failing drivers upsets me too, that's why I say it sucks to live in certain areas on choice and some markets pay bad. I'm all about helping and in fact took heat for helping too much earlier in this thread.trucker91, nel4you, HeWhoMustNotBeNamed and 1 other person Thank this. -
I don't understand what's going on this thread one bit. Seems like a whole bunch of jealous school girls to me. Calling BS is one thing, but continuously bashing a guy after providing proof. Proof he felt forced to post to preserve his credibility, not one bit bragging. Seems a bit odd to me.
Perhaps another motive is hidden. Perhaps some drivers just wanted to squeeze out the lanes you've been running so they can hop on it. If that's the case, unfortunately they got what they wanted.EzekelRAGE, Kirotito, trucker91 and 9 others Thank this. -
But there's an aspect here that needs to be addressed.
Before I came here Schneider kept their lips tight as far as rates and what other people were earning.
However on this website on the Schneider section sooo many drivers have been endlessly posting what they're earning and their rates.. and nobody has seemed to mind.
In fact I wouldn't have had the confidence to put $5k down on a 3 year lease if all the drivers here weren't bluntly saying what they're earning and saying what lanes pay what.
So thanks to you guys posting your pay is the reason why I'm here.
So to get pissed when I say I have a good week or what kind of rates I've gotta is ridiculous! Many of you guys do it yourselves. Just to give one example of the extreme hypocrisy going on here I'm going to post one example:
Where's all the people saying he's full of it, or he's full of himself? etc etc
Yeah that doesn't happen, nor other drivers whom posted similar things.
However once Freightwipper posts some numbers it's open season on his behind.
If you're all sooo worried about competition and etc why you all posting numbers yourself?
I call BS right there.Last edited: Jul 8, 2015

Sometimes saying too much does more harm than help.
I was referring to your pic of you're settlement of 7k.
That pic is What these drivers remember as well as 2.00 plus freight.
I'd say if your gonna post 7k settlement it'd be only right to post your worst settlement too. -
It's one thing to post info if asked but to post daily and not just in the Schneider section your numbers that's just bragging.
Home_on_wheels Thanks this. -
I posted my ytd figures too however I don't post loads or daily weekly unless asked.

Just a difference of perspectives.

Also I've been clear on terrible times, for example when my clutch went out and had fuel spraying everywhere.
All that time I was in the shop I made no money, paid for hotels and my fixed costs kept on going.
If you go back you'll see I was opened talking about that as well in detail.sicksfeet Thanks this. -
I understand you said it however you've never posted a negative settlement from when you were off those couple weeks. It's not those of us who are doing it I'm worried about its the ones who glance at your thread and all they see is the BIG DOLLAR amounts you seem to constantly post. The ones who read but DON'T do any additional research and only care to see $$$$ never get the whole picture.
My point is you post the Great settlement but I've yet to see the opposite. I could care less about seeing it because I know how it is however in my opinion if you're going to truly help those who are interested in choice show the bad settlements too.Heavyhaul 1 Thanks this.
