Oh they want teams, even give $5k bonus for them but they don't provide them a lot of freight.
It's dumb really... like really dumb.

I have to think on a small scale because of my some what small mind but 35% of 0 is 0. looks like they would want a team moving. The other baffling part is the rates. I can not get over how bad expedited freight pays. It almost seems like running a truck into the ground with lots and lots of low paying miles. I'm not saying anyone is wrong for doing it. Idk. Never done it, so really don't have a clue as to what I'm talking about. Everything about it(or at least how sni does it) just seems backwards to me.

I hope none of you guys are headed to florida. I must of seen a hundred sni trucks heading in on 75 this afternoon. That's a lot of inbound trucks for very few outbound loads.

35% of zero is zero but they're not taking 35% of the trucks revenue. They're taking 35% of the freight they booked. As long as the freight moves, SNI and SL are fine. As long as the truck earns enough to stay current on payments, SFI is fine.

It would be nice if the relationship was truly symbiotic, but it falls a little more to the parasitic side of things. The parasite wants to survive/thrive, and will manipulate the host -even killing it - in order to do so.

Rates have been okay, problem is not many loads to pick from and trying to avoid long deadheads

I am one who also thinks you should not be able to pick off the solo board. You could find a lane a literally dominate it. With that being said sni has loads everywhere that don't move. Reschedule after reschedule. IC'S don't want them and apparently they don't care to put them on company trucks either. I don't understand why they aren't at least throwing you guys those bones.
